Rainbow Honey Fudge

Get ready to be the cool adult when you show up to a kid’s party with these in hand. Not only are they colorful and fun, they taste great, too! Oh, and did we mention they’re incredibly easy to make? So easy that it’s even a great recipe to whip up together with the kids!

Ingredients

1/2 cup Sue Bee® Baking Honey

3 cups white chocolate chips

14-oz can sweetened condensed milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

Food coloring

Sprinkles

Directions

Grease a cupcake pan and set aside.

Add condensed milk and honey to a pot and stir over low heat.

Add vanilla extract and stir.

Add white chocolate chips and mix until fully melted.

Remove from stove and immediately begin scooping fudge into the greased cupcake pan. (NOTE: It’s best to work quickly so the fudge does not set.)

Add drops of food coloring (colors and quantity depend on preferred look) and use a toothpick to mix into the fudge.

Top with sprinkles.

Freeze for one hour and serve!
