Lemon Honey-Glazed Asparagus

A perfect side dish that brings them back for more.

Ingredients

2 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed
1/4 cup Aunt Sue’s® honey
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions

In large pan, bring 10 cups of water to a boil. Add asparagus and cook, uncovered, 2 minutes until crisp-tender. Drain, rinse and and dry.

Combine glaze ingredients in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until slightly thickened (between 2 and 3 minutes).

Place asparagus in a large bowl and add glaze, tossing gently to coat.
