Classic Cheese Ball

Whether for a party, holiday or just Tuesday, this classic cheeseball won’t disappoint.

Ingredients

4 oz cream cheese

4 oz goat cheese

2 ½ cups white cheddar, freshly grated

½ cup fresh chopped raspberries

1 tablespoon shallots, minced

1 tablespoon each parsley and chives, minced, plus ½ tbsp each parsley and chives, minced to finish

3 tbsp Aunt Sue’s® Raw & Unfiltered Honey (plus more to drizzle)

1 tsp kosher salt

1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

Combine cream cheese, goat cheese, cheddar, chopped raspberries, shallots, herbs, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Stir well to combine.

Spoon cheese mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap in the rough shape of a ball. Shape into a nice sphere using plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least an hour to allow cheese to firm up.

Remove from refrigerator and place on serving dish. Remove plastic wrap.

Using your hands, gently press chopped pecans in an even layer into the surface of the cheese ball.

Drizzle with honey, and sprinkle on reserved chopped herbs.

Serve with toasted baguette or crackers.
