Oven baked Sweet Potato Fries with Honey Mustard Sauce
Crispy, savory sweet potato fries have met their perfect match with our Aunt Sue’s® Honey Mustard Sauce. It’s perfect for a snack or as a side dish.

Fries Ingredients
- Four large sweet potatoes, thinly cut
- 3 strips raw bacon, chopped
- ½ cup canola oil
- 2 ½ tbs Aunt Sue’s® honey (divided)
- 1/3 cup deli style mustard
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tbs chopped fresh parsley
Dipping Sauce Ingredients
- 1/3 cup deli style mustard
- 2 tbs Aunt Sue’s® honey
- Chopped parsley
- Pinch of salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
- Mix canola oil with ½ tablespoon honey. Toss the sweet potato fries and chopped raw bacon with canola oil and honey mixture.
- Transfer the sweet potatoes and bacon to a parchment lined baking sheet.
To make the dipping sauce
- Combine the deli style mustard, honey, chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool. Serve with the honey mustard dipping sauce.
